The Old Woodwork Shop

Currently under renovation with completion Spring 2021. Demised into two bays, 1,960sqft and 2,853sqft with clear height of 20' and 16' respectively. Located in Sheffield Industrial Park, these 2,500sqft bays were a tremendous success for small end user operators looking to own their own facilities. Building is sold out and managed by KDM Management. 

Leavitt Machinery Facility

One of the first re-positioned properties that we still hold today. Extensive interior renovations over the years, currently occupied by Leavitt Machinery and Ridgeline Canada.
